Bryan Kerr of KERR Woodworking

Bryan’s work is truly heirloom quality.

With two decades of experience at notable companies such as Chadhaus and Henrybuilt, Bryan has refined his skills to provide extreme precision and excellence. He now offers his talents under his own name as Kerr Woodworking.

Bryan Kerr’s desire to build well-crafted furniture initially began as a young person when exposed to the renowned George Nakashima.  With an intense drive to connect the natural world into his pieces, Bryan focuses on material and wood grain to drive the design of his work. This natural aesthetic is then complemented by modern functionality, simplicity, and elegance of the physical structure.

"We have several pieces of Bryan's work in our home. The joinery and finish of the pieces we have from Bryan are remarkable; the clean lines with complex wood grain have an aspirational quality to brighten each room in our home. We also have two children who have subjected each piece to everything from crayons to toys and Bryan's work has been as resilient as it is beautiful."   - Jesse and Katy Jo F.
